Section 1
Acceptance of terms
By creating a Lammah account, by surfing on the platform, by submitting a website to the rotation, or by using any other feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
If you are using Lammah on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms, and the words "you" and "your" in this document refer to both you as an individual and the organisation on whose behalf you act.
Section 2
Eligibility
You must be at least thirteen years old to use Lammah. If you are between thirteen and eighteen, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in the jurisdiction where you live. You may not use Lammah if you have previously been banned from the platform for violation of these terms, unless we have explicitly granted you permission to create a new account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when you register — a real email address you have access to, a country that matches your actual residence, and a username that does not impersonate another person or organisation. We may suspend or close accounts that contain materially false information.
Section 3
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken from your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, you must change your password immediately and notify us at support@lammah.click. We will never ask you for your password, and any communication that does so is not from us.
You may create one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to inflate your surf rewards, to manipulate the coin economy, or to circumvent a suspension is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts. We use a combination of behavioural signals, IP analysis, and device fingerprinting to detect multi-accounting — not perfectly, but well enough to catch most attempts.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Account deletion is irreversible and will remove your personal data, your surf history, your mining state, and any unredeemed Lammah Coin balance associated with the account. We cannot restore a deleted account, so please be certain before you proceed.
Section 4
Acceptable use
Lammah is a community, and like any community it has rules of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of the offending account, with or without prior warning depending on severity.
No bots, no autosurf
No prohibited content
No circumvention
No harassment
The list above is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in conduct we consider harmful to the platform or its community, even when that conduct is not specifically listed here. When we exercise that discretion, we will explain our reasoning to the affected member whenever possible.
Section 5
Lammah Coins and the virtual economy
Lammah Coins (LC) are a virtual currency issued by the platform. They are used to obtain surf visits to your own websites, to participate in mining activities, to create mining pools, and to access other premium features. Lammah Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not a cryptocurrency. They are a unit of account internal to the platform.
Coins are earned by completing surf visits, by mining through the integrated mining subsystem, by referring new members (where applicable), and through periodic promotional events. Coins are spent by allocating them to your submitted websites, by upgrading mining equipment, by joining or creating mining pools, and by participating in expeditions. Every coin transfer is recorded in a transparent ledger that you can inspect from your dashboard.
We may adjust the reward rates for surf visits, the cost of mining upgrades, and other economy parameters as we balance the platform. We will announce any material change to the economy at least seven days in advance through in-platform notifications and email. We will never retroactively change the value of coins you have already earned.
Coin balances are non-transferable between accounts except through features we explicitly provide (such as the upcoming marketplace). Attempting to transfer coins through circumvention, exploitation of bugs, or any other off-platform arrangement will result in the forfeiture of the balance and the closure of the accounts involved.
Section 6
Websites submitted to the rotation
When you submit a website to the surf rotation, you confirm that you own the site or have permission to promote it, that the site does not violate any law or these terms, and that the site is accessible to a general audience. We review every submission before it enters the rotation, and we may reject submissions that we believe violate our content policy.
Sites that enter the rotation may be reported by other members if the content changes after approval. We investigate every report, and we will suspend any site that we find to be in violation. Repeated violations will result in the suspension of the submitting account.
We do not guarantee that your submitted site will receive any specific number of visits. Surf visits are distributed based on the coin allocation you set, the targeting options you choose, and the availability of matching surfers. We do not refund coins for sites that are suspended for policy violations.
Section 7
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you submit to Lammah — your username, your profile information, your avatar, and the websites you add to the rotation. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
The Lammah name, logo, visual identity, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to Lammah in good faith (for example, in a review or a comparison article). You may not present your site or service as officially affiliated with Lammah unless we have explicitly authorised it.
Section 8
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms. For most violations, we will warn you first and give you an opportunity to correct the issue. For serious violations — particularly automation, fraud, or distribution of prohibited content — we will suspend immediately and explain afterwards.
If your account is suspended, you may appeal by writing to support@lammah.click. We will review every appeal within seven business days. If we uphold the suspension, we will explain our reasoning. If we overturn it, we will restore the account and any affected balances.
You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by using the delete function in your dashboard. When you do, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Section 9
Disclaimers
Lammah is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that any specific number of visits will be delivered to your submitted sites. We do not guarantee that the coin economy will retain any particular value over time, although we commit to managing it transparently and in good faith.
You use the platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your equipment, loss of data, or loss of revenue that results from your use of Lammah. We are not responsible for the content of sites that appear in the surf rotation — that content belongs to the site owners who submitted it, and we act as a neutral conduit for its display.
Section 10
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the equivalent value of the Lammah Coins you have purchased directly from us during the twelve months preceding the claim, if any. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Section 11
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Lammah, we want to resolve it informally first. Write to us at support@lammah.click with a clear description of the issue, and a senior member of our team will respond within seven business days. Most disputes can be resolved this way, and we genuinely prefer it.
If informal resolution fails, any formal dispute will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lammah is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You and we agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.
Section 12
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms when the platform changes in a way that materially affects the agreement between us. When we do, we will notify every member by email — sent from support@lammah.click — at least thirty days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use Lammah after the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account before the effective date and we will not apply the new terms to your prior use of the platform. A clear changelog of every revision to these terms is available on request.
Automated messages about your account — verification codes, password resets, security alerts, transactional receipts — are sent from noreply@lammah.click and noreply@lammah.click. These addresses are not monitored for inbound conversation. If you reply to one of these messages, you will receive an auto-response directing you to support@lammah.click for any actual assistance.
Section 13
Contact
Questions about these terms are welcome. Write to support@lammah.click or use the form on our contact page. We will do our best to answer plainly, without resorting to additional legalese.
